At Rivgent.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Order Cancellation
Rivgent is committed to providing our customers with the fastest and safest possible delivery of their goods, so we will process subsequent shipments as soon as possible on the same day we receive the order.
But if wishing to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours. If successfully intercepted, we will cancel the order for free.
If the order has already been shipped, it will need to be processed as a return after delivery.
2. Return
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Rivgent purchase, and we strive to provide expert guidance to help you choose the best possible products for your needs. We also understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t quite fit. That is why we make returns easy.
Returns are processed through our designated local return facilities when available.
Return addresses vary depending on the customer’s location.
Please send us an email with your return request along with the order number included. Also, please let us know the reason for your return.
2.1 30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be in original condition
- Include original tags and packaging
- Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns requested after 30 days from delivery..
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Used or damaged items caused by customers
- Items returned without prior authorization
For hygiene reasons, base layers, socks, and underwear (if applicable) cannot be returned once opened or worn.
2.3 How to Return Your Item
Rivgent strives to provide our customers with the easiest return process, just get in touch with us and we will guide you step by step.
Step 1: Start Your Return
Contact us at service@rivgent.com to initiate the return process. Customer inquiries are typically answered within 24–48 business hours.We will provide you with a return label and the necessary instructions.
Step 2: Pack Your Items
Carefully pack your item(s) and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Step 3: Ship It Back
Send the return to the provided return address, the return address will be clearly presented in the return label.
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3 business days.The refund will be issued to your original payment method.You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.
2.4 Return Shipping Costs
2.4.1 Non-Defective Items
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns related to:
- Incorrect size selected
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Ordering the wrong item
We offer return labels for U.S. orders.Orders from other countries,we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
2.4.2 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A defective item
- A damaged product
- The wrong item
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.After verification, we will provide:
- A replacement
or - A full refund
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost when applicable.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
4.Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time
